<image:title>About Bethany Delman | Physical Therapist Salt Lake City - My Story</image:title>
<image:caption>I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Northeastern University in 2011, my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification in 2010 and I became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (OCS) in 2016. I have practiced in various orthopedic settings in Boston, Denver, New York City and am happy to call Utah home, offering physical therapy care in Salt Lake City. I am passionate about continual learning and have supplemented my training with extensive continuing education in the field of orthopedics including Functional Dry Needling® through KinetaCore. After practicing in a variety of settings, I have come to strongly value dedicated one-on-one time with my clients as it provides the opportunity to look beyond the obvious pain or injury and delve deep into the root cause behind it, treating the whole person effectively. I think of myself as your guide through the rehabilitation process, providing the tools, strategies, treatment, and education needed to empower you to take an active role in achieving your goals. I am an outdoor enthusiast, mountain lover and adventurer. Prior to moving to Utah, my husband and I spent a year traveling through South America, Southeast Asia and Europe. Wanting to be close to the mountains, we moved to Salt Lake City on our return and love playing in the great outdoors with our two kids and our dog. In my free time I love hiking, running, skiing, gardening, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Contact Bethany Delman Today.</image:caption>

<image:title>What to Expect Salt Lake City Physical Therapy - In Person</image:title>
<image:caption>Each physical therapy treatment session is one-on-one and individually tailored to you and your needs. We will determine the root cause of your injury based upon a thorough history and evaluation of how you move as a whole. I utilize a hands-on approach to treatment, focusing our time on the things you can’t do on your own. We will continually reassess and tailor treatment to your current needs as you progress through the rehabilitation process, focusing on your goals and long-term injury prevention. Physical therapy sessions may include manual treatment techniques, dry needling, specific movement re-education, therapeutic exercise and the education you need to get back to doing what you love.</image:caption>

      <image:title>FAQ</image:title>
<image:caption>Do you take insurance? I am an out-of-network physical therapy practice and do not network directly with any private insurance companies or Medicare/Medicaid. This allows me to provide one-on-one, highly individualized treatment based on what you need and what your goals are without your care being dictated by insurance companies. This allows us to take a proactive approach to treatment and healing, working to solve issues as they arise and address the body and healing in a preventative way with the goal of long term maintenance of good movement and function. Can I get reimbursed for treatment from my insurance company? Depending on your benefits, some insurance companies will reimburse at an out-of-network rate or count the cost towards your deductible (this is not applicable for Medicare). I can help guide you through what questions to ask your insurance provider to determine what your benefits are and can provide you with necessary documentation to submit for reimbursement upon request. Do you accept HSA/FSA as forms of payment? I do accept HSA and FSA. What are your rates? My rate is $175/hour. Visits are all one-on-one in a private setting where we have the dedicated time to develop a highly personalized treatment plan based on your condition and goals for treatment. Typical visits are 60 minutes with the option for 90 minutes ($250). I believe in the right to full transparency and understanding of healthcare costs up front. There are no surprise or hidden costs associated with treatment. What are accepted forms of payment? I accept all major credit cards, cash, check, HSA and FSA. Do I need a prescription or referral from a physician? Physical therapy is recognized as a direct access healthcare service in the state of Utah, meaning that you do not need a prescription or referral from a physician.</image:caption>
